ARGONZA BACK FROM THE HOLIDAYS, EXTENDS GOODWILL!

Good day to all ye global citizens, readers, friends & fellows of this enthused analyst from Manila!

I’m back from the holidays, recharged and refreshed. I haven’t returned though to my gym works, so I promise myself renewed gym burning late this week.

Ye fellows of mine who did intake so much food inputs this past holiday season, don’t forget to burn down those extra fats, cleanse away excess bad cholesterols, and regain back your regular weight. Go back to your physical regimen, or develop one if you have been neglecting your physical wellness in a long time or so.

There are so many exciting things to talk about this year, more so from where I’m located: Asia. Just sit and relax, sip coffee or beverage while you browse over my coming notes, share comments every now and then. We will be together in the excitement, like riding our roller coaster of blog thoughts.

HUMAN RIGHTS AGOG IN BARBARITIES & MADNESS

Pleasant day to you all!

The Maoists in Manila have just released the update news that an activist (Left-leaning) is killed every week during the incumbency of President Aquino. Maoists constitute the largest Left group in the country, with an organized force large enough to participate in electoral contests and win legislative posts.

That report is surely a very revealing fact. Not only activists, but media men are also the target of summary executions and assassinations in this country, supposedly a bastion of free press in Asia.

Just recently, a topnotch botanist, Leonardo Co, was sprayed with automatic rifle bullets while conducting research on field, killing him and two of his associates. The army unit that is subject of investigation as culprits claimed that the research team was caught in a crossfire between state and rebel forces.

Human rights constitute a totality of entitlements that we have won after so many hard struggles. So much blood has been sacrificed just to make our world a livable one, blood poured to erect the edifices of prosperity, good working environments, balanced ecology, and exercise of our basic freedoms.

During the regime of the previous president Arroyo, an economist with a doctorate among her credentials, hundreds of human rights-related deaths, largely through summary executions by army and police forces, were recorded. No less than the United Nations Commission on Human Rights sent a team to investigate the human rights situation here, with the findings clearly indicating a bad situation for human rights.

Just recently, another team of experts, this time from the Human Rights Watch, did the investigations about the same theme, with focus on those committed in Mindanao. The feudal-fascistic Ampatuan family became the most focal subject of the research, with findings of gory stories of murders committed by Ampatuan politicians blindly intoxicated with power, using state paramilitary forces to commit heinous crimes.

It surely takes time for civility to take shape everywhere else in our planet. Even the bastions of democracy such as the Philippines fail in the tests of indicating successes in building human rights. In the USA, martial law was almost declared during the Bush era, a cryptic act that could have seen millions of Americans jailed and hundreds of thousands exterminated in concentration camps.

In Europe we are witness to the massive prejudices against immigrants, with Muslims appearing to be the key target of slanders and employment discriminations. Sarkozy expelled Romanian Gypsies just a few months ago, and he seems to watch with glee as his economy burns down like hell.

Power assymetries that we though would disappear with the advent of modernity, keep on being recycled in new forms. Rationality—authentic reason characteristic of authentic persons—is fading and giving way to Madness, as lamented by the contemporary philosophers.

Human right is synonymous to civilization, and the full respect of human rights can only happen in a society of rationality, wisdom, and universal love. Such a society operates on the culture of dialogue, the respect for differences, recognition of talents and competencies, and the essential respect for one’s humanity.

Sadly, such a society is not around yet, even as we need to do colossal spade works to build it. I still recall the likes of Jurgen Habermas, Erich Fromm, and Herbert Marcuse pontificate about the ‘sane society’, the ideal society that is rational, full of compassion (loving behavior), and productive. I resonate well with the minds of these thinkers who contended that no matter how bad the situation is, hope is there in building that culture of civility in a ‘sane society’.

Such a dream of building a future world can be done in a non-exclusionary way. Let us not tire in doing our spade works to build it.

PUNISH BUSH & NEO-CONS FOR WAR CRIMES!

A global Establishment has already galvanized before us, just as the global order had been established by the capitalist oligarchy that constitutes this Establishment. The same Establishment has been defining for us who should be punished for war crimes and who should not, and this is truly bothersome for us global citizens.

The likes of Bush, both father and son, who espoused hawkish policies of war and attrition in the guise of America’s role as global policeman, are indubitably war criminals. Yet they roam the world so freely like the wildest monsters that call the shots in a jungle.

I will never forget the Bush father & son, as the war policies they hatched emboldened the hawkish policies of the army of my own country, an army that is a compliant clone of the Pentagon up North. Not only did the peoples of Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, and countries affected by their war policies suffer miserably, my very own Muslim compatriots and countryside folks suffer from the war policies of the neo-cons clone army here.

With displeasure I regard those actuations of Western liberals who condemn the war crimes of the leaders of Sudan and Serbia but who are blind to the very war crimes of the hawkish leaders of their hegemonic countries. For if they indeed are sincere with condemning such war crimes of their leaders, they should by now be prospering in the cases they file at the International Criminal Court versus such criminals.

One would say, “hey the ICC is funded by Soros & cronies, so how can the ICC ever punish the likes of Bush father & son and crony neo-cons who are their colleagues in the global Establishment?” True indeed, the Establishment funds the ICC, and it may prove futile to file cases against their members.

Be that as it may, why don’t the West’s liberals and New Left advocates push through with the filing of war crimes just the same? Whether they file it at the ICC or in their own home countries, the challenge of the day is for such cases to be filed most urgently.

Monsters that were responsible for the destruction of nations and genocidal deaths to millions of people, such as what the Bush & crony neo-cons have factually committed, shouldn’t be allowed to roam freely around the planet.

Failure to file such cases can be misconstrued by us Eastern observers as an attempt of White liberals and their colored humanoid clones to cover up for their Establishment sponsors. So to speak, an instance of White intellectual prostitutes paid to kowtow to their own kind, or paid dogs of Establishment masters who can rock the boats provided that they don’t touch their masters who feed them lusciously.

The cycle of mass terminations by the likes of Bush & neo-cons have to cease soon enough. And the Establishment war criminals should be made to pay dearly for their crimes. Just exactly when will such a payment of crime happen, if in case it would happen at all?

LUISITA’S OWNERS MASSACRED UNIONISTS AFTER NEAR-RESOLVED DEADLOCK

This development consultant and social scientist, who shortly served the GMA regime as a director at the Office of External Affairs or OEA, wishes to inform the public of a plain truth regarding the massacre of unionists by the owners-managers of the Hacienda Luisita.

That massacre was hardly warranted, as a back-channel negotiation was going on before the gory day, with Luisita unionists agreeing to withdraw their mass action and return to work. No less than palace demigods called for the backdoor negotiations, which was already in progress before the bloody event took place on November 16, 2004.

I was among the core officers who assisted Sec. Edgardo Pamintuan organize the newly established OEA in 2004 right after PGMA took her oath (we comprised of assistant secretaries, directors, consultants). The OEA was assigned membership in the political, communications, and intelligence clusters of cabinet, to recall some basic facts.

The OEA had hardly warmed up as a ‘freshman agency’, when a directive came from the Office of the Presidency or OP, for our agency to help resolve the Luisita deadlock. My boss, Sec. Pamintuan or EdPam, had proved his talent at back-channel negotiations, being one such negotiator between the GRP and National Democratic Front, and so the application of the same ‘best practice’ to the Luisita deadlock proved all too facile for the noblesse negotiator.

Most urgently, Sec. Pamintuan instructed his executive team to contact the leadership of the federation to which the local Luisita union belonged, the Kilusang Mayo Uno or KMU. The OEA’s main task was to serve as bridgehead and clearinghouse between the various constituency groups and the OP, a task that it immediately began doing upon its very inception circa 2^nd quarter of 2004. Inviting the KMU to a consultative talk was routine task for the OEA, KMU being a long established constituency group representing the labor sector.

We OEA officials felt so glad that the KMU arrived pronto right in our office at the Bahay Ugnayan – Malacañang Palace. Practically the top brass of the federation came. We gave them a warm reception, and our exchanges were very cordial.

After the issues were clarified and the messages exchanged, the federation committed to consult with the local union. The maximum expectation was for the union to withdraw its forces and end the protest, with the quid pro quo that the 300+ union officials and members who were retrenched will be allowed to RTW (return to work). [Note: Luisita’s wage was a pathetic P9.50 per day which the union vehemently protested.]

Amid the intensifying crisis, action was swift as the federation and (local) union did clarify and resolve issues during rush consultations. Finally, to our merriment, the news came to our office that the local union was already decided on withdrawing its forces/dismantling the barricade, and was ready to sit down with Luisita management to communicate their modified demands including RTW.

We were almost at the point of euphoria over the success of the back-channel talk, when the horrifying flash news reached our office that the Philippine National Police stepped in and resorted to brutal and brazen slaying of unarmed unionists and supporters. It was an utterly unnecessary move, in as much as the local union was already in the process of withdrawing its protesting forces and prepared to sit down with the owners & management of the hacienda.

As per reports brought to our office then, the Luisita management, with the complicity of top DOLE officials, called upon the Philippine National Police to disperse the protesting farm workers & supporters. It was clearly an arrogant display of brute force and one-sided communications, with no compunction shown at all during that dreadful moment of firing automatic rifles on unarmed unionists.

Not only human rights were violated on that black day, there was also a clear violation of good governance in a number of ways: (a) authoritarian management that is inappropriate to the current context; (b) distrust of the organized sector of farm workers and their disabling from participation in renovating human resource systems in the hacienda; and, (c) hubris and brazen display of excessive force in resolving a deadlock that was in a near-resolution situation.

We need not even bother to find out whether certain officers of the law are under the payola of the Luisita paymasters. Or, that certain labor inspectors and officials are likewise in the payroll of the same paymasters. Such a system of corruption has been in place for nigh decades, and has never been rooted out.

It is truly bothersome for a co-owner of the Luisita, Noynoy Aquino, to mouth good governance as a banner motto in his campaign for the presidency. The facts about Luisita affairs hardly substantiate Aquino’s claim of “hindi ako magnanakaw.” Cojuanco family’s Luisita is replete with narratives of corruption and blood spilt to sustain operations, rendering moot and delusional any claim by its owners to puritanical moralism.

Good governance is not just about “hindi magnanakaw.” It is a coherent concept that is operationalized as: (a) efficient management; (b) enabling civil society-state dialogue; (c) participative management, observing a partnering modality between labor & management and not a subordinated treatment of labor by managers-owners; (d) low to nil graft/transparency; and, (e) political will in pursuing visions, mission, objectives, and related ends.

Noynoy Aquino represents the cacique class and is a product of an oligarchic lineage and milieu. He reduced ‘good governance’ to a parochial propaganda cliché, a term that he may have little understanding about based on the practice of corporate governance in Luisita.

The last thing that ought to happen in this country is to keep on recycling oligarchic rule, an evil system that is perpetuated by non-thinking voters who are as gullible as those overseas workers sweet-talked by illegal recruiters. It is now time to put an end to this sordid evil, for prolonging it further will bring us down to a Dark Age which happens at the tail end of any oligarchic regime (e.g. classical Greece was destroyed by the Athenian oligarchs’ lust for wars against Persia).

I just hope that, in case Aquino will win the polls, and the greedy grafters and ‘kamag-anak incorporated’ around him will grab juicy state posts in wild abandon, plundering at will like there was no end to colossal loots, I won’t end up echoing “I told you so.” Honestly, I would, and will sonorously burst with guffaws.

JESUIT FASCISM SAVES FACE OF PLAGIARIZING CHAIRMAN PANGILINAN

Good day, fellows!

Just a couple of days back, the chairman of the Ateneo De Manila University’s Board of Trustees, Manny Pangilinan, resigned from the chairmanship. The reason: he delivered a speech in his beloved alma mater in which he was found out later to have plagiarized parts of his read speech from the lecture notes of globally famous personalities.

Accepting responsibility for his action, Pangilinan resigned from the chairmanship post. The Jesuit directors/executives of the school refused to accept the resignation, for one reason or another.

Knowing the fascistic inclination of the Jesuits, their Order being an institutional oligarchy in the Philippines, I wasn’t surprised at all that the descendants of the Jesuit assassins would save the face for their equally oligarchic alumnus. It doesn’t matter if the university will be a laughing stock in the academic community for its reputation as churning a ‘cut & paste’ constituency.

I still recall well that in the early 1970s, the Jesuits expelled faculty members for their overt radicalism. Amid the noble behavior of those faculty members, they were ordered to resign en masse!

Among those affected professors who quickly left Ateneo at that time was Bienvenido Lumbera, who later brought enormous honor for his country for winning the Ramon Magsaysay Award for Literature. A retired professor at the University of the Philippines’ (Diliman) Department of Filipino, Prof. Lumbera is also a holder of the very prestigious National Artist award.

I wonder what the likes of Ka Bien (as we fellow advocates fondly call him) have for the Ateneo/Jesuits at this moment. If they’re exhibiting the last laugh today, I wouldn’t be surprised at all.

The world is simply fed up with the fascistic behavior of oligarchs, bureaucrats, politicians, bishops, and those who carry their weight around like overmasters. Exceedingly intoxicated with power, the fascists like those smug & arrogant Jesuits are getting to be squeezed in tinier spaces year by year, scorned and alienated for their dangerous sociopathy.

What else can we describe the 60+ professors of Ateneo who signed a manifesto condemning the Jesuitical leniency on the plagiarizing Pangilinan? These are over five (5) dozens of rational minds inside the oligarchic Jesuit school, and it pays to heed their calls that re-echo those of their own colleagues who were expelled in the early 1970s.

Whether the turn of events is a ‘history repeating itself’ remains to be seen. What is sure for now is that the expulsion of the professors in the early 70s was a tragedy, while the second occasion of professorial protest could be a comedy of sorts.

At least the protest noise is a benign heraldry that the university mentors are not some complacent Herds who couldn’t boldly speak about the travesties and injustices committed within their campus. And I am supportive of their protestations and demands, for I clearly recognize the wisdom and justness of their cause.

But Jesuit arrogance, both individual and fraternal, is subcultural and it flows right into the sinews and veins of the fascistic Father (Jesuits). If indeed the protesting mentors of the ADMU will want to de-link from the pugnacious subculture so mentioned, they should better resign en masse.

Otherwise, without a near-ferment caused by the plagiarism fiasco, the protestation will simply be a zarzuela (stage play) concluding anti-climactically. The fat-paying professors will end up as subject of guffaws whose cowardice redounds to kowtowing to their Jesuit paymasters.

In the end, the public will perceive the ADMU as (a) cut & paste university with (b) a cut & paste studentry, (c) cut & paste faculty, and (d) cut & paste Jesuit owner-managers. So there goes the comedy of errors, as history repeats itself.

VILLAR-BASHING BY ATENEANS: JESUIT FASCISM RESURFACES

In a previous article, I wrote about the Manny Villar-bashing by philistine journalists (see “Villar-Bashing: Philistine Journalism by Oligarchic Media”, in https://unladtau.wordpress.com, http://erleargonza.blogspot.com). At this juncture, let me add notes on the Manny Villar-bashing, focusing this time on malicious tirades hurled on the noblesse senator by conspiring Ateneo De Manila University alumni.

The forewarnings by concerned citizens about the parochial Atenean conspiracy to elect an Atenean president (Noynoy Aquino) has already been circulating on cyber-space. Likewise had the initial salvo of cyber-attacks, via the email, already begun, with one libelous article (unearthed by rational minds) authored by an Atenean that falsely identified Villar as owner of a mansion in the USA.

If we were to put ourselves in the shoes of these parochial Ateneans, we would think of political contest as a matter of choosing between an Atenean versus a non-Atenean. Ergo, elevate the Ateneo to Mt. Olympus fame, and perceive other schools as lowly, excremental, barbaric institutions fit only for the subhumans. Therefore, only an Ateneo alumnus should be fit for the penultimate state leadership: the Presidency.

It doesn’t matter if the Atenean being endorsed, Mr. Noynoy Aquino, accomplished merely a bachelor’s degree, possesses nary an iota of brilliance, and was lackluster in his accomplishment as a legislator (not a single sponsored bill ever legislated into law). He is a true blue Atenean, uses Machiavellian pretensions of being morally fit for leadership to sell the idea of an Atenean candidate, and so let him be President of the republic.

If we want to comprehend the mindset of these hegemonistic Ateneans, whose fractional intelligence is now being utilized for peddling lies about Mr. Villar, we should apperceive their cognitive formation within the broader context of the Jesuit Order whose priests mentored them.

The Jesuit Order is among the top institutional oligarchs in the country, possesses vast assets of properties, and engages in big-scale tax-free pursuits. During the rise of the Left movements, this Order unleashed the fangs of clerico-fascism, even as certain Jesuit priests collaborated with the United States’ Central Intelligence Agency to stamp out a rising nationalist movement.

Emerging during its inception as an Order of warriors for the Vatican, whose priests were in reality abominable assassins sent forth to exterminate church reformists, the same Order soon received mandates from the Pope to expand operations to the colonies of the White Man’s empires or vampires (choose your wilds).

As it grew in size, assets and power, the same Order was ecstatically involved in the Opium Trade. Opium was then tested on the Chinese peoples for consumption, with Christian missionaries including Jesuits surreptitiously teaching the folks to use the dope. Needless to say, opium made the Order vastly richer, the same drug income made available hence for ambitious Jesuitical projects including new schools and universities.

To recall our own history, this same criminal Order was expelled from the country for a century during the Spanish Era. It was then able to return, thanks to backdoor maneuverings in the Vatican, and as the Jesuits emerged most powerful with a monopoly to broker a favored cardinal’s installation to Papacy, they reinforced their fascistic stay in the country during the late Spanish era up until the American regime.

With the upsurge of the nationalist movement, under the auspices this time of Left social movements, the same Order nurtured priests who would facilitate for the CIA the formation of anti-communist 3^rd Force groups. The Christian Democratic and the Social Democratic movements were the products of the Jesuit covert operations, with Atenean youth serving as recruits for rabidly fascistic cadres.

We could easily see that a Noynoy Aquino presidency will usher another period of Jesuit mafia operations, with the Jesuit Order thus fulfilled that its offspring alumni are able to do the dirty job for it (SJ) that had successfully re-fashioned its image to a do-good fraternity. The visible Son does the job for the invisible Father. “He who has seen the Son has seen the Father!” declared the Son of Man two millennia ago.

The more enlightened Ateneo alumni are most likely nauseated by the dangerously warped contentions of fascistic Ateneans conspiring for Noynoy Aquino. As a sociologist and behavior expert, I could best regard such dangerous operators as psychopaths, antisocial elements, and/or personality disorder patients who should be locked up in psychiatric wards where they can serve life better.

BEIJING OLYMPICS: LAST GAMES, AS WORLD WAR III COMES

Good afternoon from Manila!

I’m sure that the euphoria of the recently concluded Beijing Olympics is still with most of us. I have no better wish for now than to see that euphoria last for a longer time, and make everyone anticipate the next games. My own country is hungry for a Gold medal, and I already said my piece about the matter (i.e. sports science can make Olympics gold medalists for us).

This note is a sports forecasting briefer. It’s not about the typical forecasting of the outcomes of specific events and the overall medals that countries can make from out of the aggregate medals—especially gold—accruing from those events. It is about the big possibility that the Beijing Olympics could be the planet’s last, that thereafter no more Olympic games will be in the offing for a long while. That London games for 2012 is a chimera, it will be cancelled most likely as London will sustain damages from the coming conflagration.

World War III is about to break out soon, and I am of the opinion that if this war will happen, it will last for at least thirty (30) years. It will be likened to the 30 Years War in Europe (1618-48), a great war that (a) totally devastated the economies of the contending war parties and (b) redefined territories along boundaries that constituted the modern nations of today (via Treaty of Westphalia). In like vein, this World War III will be concluded with a treaty that will see the disappearance of nations and the finalization of the territorial boundaries of regions-states and city-states that will replace nations-states.

As war rages across the globe, the possibility of training athletes for the Olympics will be nil. Bankrupt or near-bankrupt states will be needing funds as logistics for its own war participation pursuits, and cannot prioritize athletics or related cultural-leisure engagements that appear to be trifle in a war situation. However, athletes and entertainers will have a great time performing before war-weary combatants during lull moments of violent confrontations.

The nearest to the Olympics games would be, if ever, regional games. These games will be performed by member-countries of regions that would be least affected by the war, or which will not serve as major warfronts. As to which regions these will be, it is not easy to forecast for the moment. The main warfront will be the Iran-Middle East area, where it will start (it is just months’ away from hereon). Other possible affected areas would be (a) North Africa (spill over area of the battles), and (b) Central Asia (former Soviet states will be polarized in their alignment). Europe would most likely see a flooding of migratory waves of Arabs, Iranians, Berbers, Central Asians, and Africans who will escape the war and move by waters and land to reach the ‘promised land’ of totalitarian Europe.

Possibly conflicts in (a) Northeast Asia and (b) between China &Taiwan will be experienced. The ASEAN and Australia-New Zealand may not turn to battle grounds, and can therefore launch friendship missions via international athletics. If South America won’t be a warfront, then perhaps the countries here can hold their own version of international games.

But most likely there will be no global athletics such as the Olympics. Ditto for specific events of world athletics, for example: WBA-WBF-WBC-IBF boxing fights, world basketball, and world soccer. A dreary, dreadful planet this one will be when the conflagration spreads across the globe, and made dreary many times over by the lack of leisure & sports events that could pep up and lighten up the psyche of crowds.

The return of the Olympics will be contingent upon the cessation of hostilities among war parties. As to when that time will come, no one knows exactly. What is most observable is the trend that no one single world power, since after World War II, was able to win a war outside its boundaries (save for that negligible “war” calisthenics between Argentina & Britain over a non-descript island populated largely by birds and very few homo sapiens). Even today, the USA is losing in Afghanistan and Iraq, so what will make us forecast safely that the USA can win a major war anywhere in the planet…

The war will drag on for many years, taking us across the 2030s till probably 2040. That’s when some sane people, most especially the leaders of that time who will come from today’s generation of infants and school children, will declare an end to hostilities. To instill order at that time, authority will be hyper-centralized in totalitarian state formations representing (a) city-states and (c) region-states that are beholden only to (c) the totalitarian ‘technotronic’ capitalist world-state…That’s when the Olympics can be returned.

Meantime, enjoy your euphoria, and enjoy it to the max. For you will not see an Olympic game again in a very long time.

GEORGIA LEADERS: VASSALS OF ANGLO-EUROPEAN OLIGARCHY

It may behoove many folks to conclude that the recent Georgia-Russia conflict was an isolated event that has got to do largely with the localized problem in South Ossetia. Before the folks would make their conclusions and curse Russia to the hilt, they better take note of the facts well, most specially those facts related to the Georgia leadership’s direct connections with the Anglo-European oligarchy that installed the same leadership to power.

There has been the persistent view from the source, the Executive Intelligence Review, of the British oligarchy as the core cabal behind the various hostilities in the world today, a view that I don’t exactly share. I am of the opinion that the British, who work largely through their empire network (Commonwealth of Nations), are mere middlemen for a more secretive elite circle that is centered in the Teutonic-Frankish-Venetian bloodline of financiers.

At any rate, the oligarchs do comprise a network of interlocking interests working out to completely dominate the planet, launch a new world war, and install a global government by converting their main creation, the United Nations, into the global regulatory institution and harbinger of the ‘world rule of law’ to conserve that perpetuate that same oligarchic power based on global totalitarian arrangements.

British and Soros Stooges in the Georgia Regime

Aug. 11, 2008 (EIRNS)—The following press release was issued today by the Lyndon LaRouche Political Action Committee.

Ongoing research has thus far identified the following British and Soros stooges in the current government of Georgia:

1) Prime Minister: Vladimir “Lado” Gurgenidze

A British empire banker, citizen of the United Kingdom.

Born 1970, Tbilisi, Georgia. Beginning in 1997 he worked for the Anglo-Dutch giant bank ABN Amro, living in London 1998-2003. From 1997-1998 he directed the bank’s corporate finance operations in Russia and neighboring countries. Among the ABN AMRO conquests was its “twinning project” ensnaring the Bank of Georgia, which had been privatized in 1994-95. From 1998-2000 Grugenidze was ABN AMRO’s Director and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions in the Emerging European Markets.

After the 2003 Soros “Rose Revolution” he returned to Georgia and was chief executive (2004-2006) for the Bank of Georgia, in line with the joint UNDP-Soros structural/financial reorganization program for the country (“capacity-building”). Gurgenidze brought in a management team from ABN AMRO and other British-connected banks.

Gurgenidze was appointed Prime Minister and head of the government in November 2007.

2) Head of the National Security Council: Alexander Lomaia

A longtime top executive of George Soros operatons in Georgia, now overseeing the country’s military operations.

In 2003-2004, Lomaia was Executive Director of the Open Society Georgia Foundation (Soros Foundation). He “directed the foundation’s operational grantmaking and administrative activities, and fulfillment of its annual overall budget of more than $2,500.000. Supervised the staff of up to 50 program, finance, and administrative employees.”

In 2003-2004, Lomaia was regional director for the former Soviet Union for the Open Society institute’s “Democracy Coalition Project”. He “facilitated NGO coalition-building in the newly independent countries of the former Soviet Union to promote an activist democratic reform agenda…. The project facilitated the creation of an international federation of the national coalitions which collectively pursued … democratic reforms on the international stage.”

3) Chairman, Georgia Parliament Committee for Eurointegration: David Darchiashvili

Former Executive Director, Open Society Georgia Foundation.

Darchiashvili has worked for the Soros-dominated NGO networks since 1992, primarily in the Caucasus Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development, a “partner institution” to the Soros Open Society Institute (among its achievements were publishing a Georgian translaton of neoconservatve Francis Fukuyama’s ” “The End of the History and the Last Man”).

Darchiashvili was executive director of the Open Society Georgia Foundation in the period (approximately) 2006-2007, apparently succeeding now-prime minister Gurgenidze as head of Soros operations in Georgia. In his present position he coordinates the Parliamentary institutions in Georgia with the British/Soros plans for the European Union, in conjunction with such channels as the Soros “European Council on Foreign Relations.”

SOROS MANIPULATING WORLD WAR III START UP VIA GEORGIA

Just exactly what is the overall purpose of the recent Georgia-Russia conflict within the broad context of the agenda of the global oligarchy? Does it have to do with the broad war that was hatched that will begin in the Middle East, with the oligarchic proxy vassal-states taking sides in the conflict? Was the conflict a mere acid test case by the same elites to assess the offensive capabilities of Russia at this juncture?

LaRouche Denounces `Obama’s Godfather’ George Soros Behind Attempt To Start World War III in the Caucasus

Aug. 10, 2008 (EIRNS)—This release was issued yesterday by the Lyndon LaRouche Political Action Committee (LPAC).

Lyndon LaRouche today denounced British agent George Soros, for his hand in the ongoing London-led efforts to trigger World War III in the Caucasus. Soros is the financial and political godfather of both Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili and the purported Democratic Party Presidential nominee, Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.). In the late hours of Aug. 7, as President Saakashvili completed a nationwide television address, claiming to seek a diplomatic solution to the crisis in the autonomous region of South Ossetia, he in fact ordered Georgian troops to fire on Russian peacekeepers, who were in South Ossetia as part of a United Nations mandated force, that has been there since 1994. President Saakashvili’s actions now threaten to trigger World War III—precisely what the British intend as their response to the collapse of their post-Bretton Woods international financial system.

“If you want a preview of what the United States would be like under a President Obama, just look at Georgia’s recent actions. Georgian President Saakashvili, like Barack Obama, is owned by the same British godfather—George Soros.” LaRouche asked: “Would Soros’ man Obama be another Dick Cheney if he got into office?”

Soros’ own Open Society Institute boasts that it was the backbone of the so-called “Rose Revolution” that swept Saakashvili into power in 2003-2004. As of January 2004, the Soros Open Society Institute, which first set up its office in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, in 1994, began directly bankrolling the Georgian government, as part of a joint program with the United Nations’ UNDP (United Nations Development Program), then headed by Mark Malloch Brown, who is now secretary general of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Malloch Brown was so close to Soros, during his tenure at the UN, that he lived in an apartment he rented from the hedge fund speculator.

Saakashvili’s reckless provocations, in firing on Russian troops and killing South Ossetian civilians, who are predominantly Russian citizens, drew a strong military response from Russia, which is bound, under its constitution, to defend Russian citizens under attack. The British have been behind the destabilization of the Caucasus region since the collapse of the Soviet Union, funding and arming Chechen rebels, allowing recruitment into the Chechen separatist movements, at mosques in England, and providing safe haven to Russian Mafiya figures, like Boris Berezovsky, who bankrolled anti-Russian separatist and terrorist operations in the Caucasus.

“Now, look at the vast Soros cash flow into Obama,” LaRouche concluded. “Soros is a British agent, under the control of British foreign intelligence and special operations services. He is used by them. His sources of funds, after his initial bankrolling by the Swiss branch of the Rothschild banking interests, are murky, at best. Soros is part of Britain’s new opium war apparatus—and he virtually owns Senator Obama. And now he is fomenting world war provocations against Moscow, at precisely the moment that I am calling on Russia, China, and India to join the United States in creating a new international financial system that would wipe out speculators like Soros altogether.”

ANTHRAX SCARE: SPIN DOCTORS, ROUGE FORCES

News came out recently about the suicide by a biodefense researcher who may have something to do with the anthrax scare weeks after the 9/11 event in the USA. I was in the USA at that time, and I witnessed the anxiety and trauma done by that sordid event.

My own theory then was that rouge forces within the USA were the ones behind the 9/11. The series of scare tactics and bombing hoax that followed could have been part of that overall agenda. The grand levels of fears could have been used to justify more police state intervention, at the worst leading to a declaration of Martial Law in the whole USA.

The bad thing, I think, is that the biodefense researcher’s death cut up the opportunity to find out who were the real people behind that anthrax scare. The rouge forces connects to Establishment, this is most likely, so the researcher’s death will bury forever that channel of command between this researcher and the real manipulators behind the screen.

WASHINGTON – A top U.S. biodefense researcher apparently committed suicide just as the Justice Department was about to file criminal charges against him in the anthrax mailings that traumatized the nation in the weeks following the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, according to a published report.

The scientist, Bruce E. Ivins, 62, who worked for the past 18 years at the government’s biodefense labs at Fort Detrick, Md., had been told about the impending prosecution, the Los Angeles Times reported for Friday editions. The laboratory has been at the center of the FBI’s investigation of the anthrax attacks, which killed five people.

Ivins died Tuesday at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Maryland. The Times, quoting an unidentified colleague, said the scientist had taken a massive dose of a prescription Tylenol mixed with codeine.

Tom Ivins, a brother of the scientist, told The Associated Press that another of his brothers, Charles, told him Bruce had committed suicide.

A woman who answered the phone at Charles Ivins’ home in Etowah, N.C., refused to wake him and declined to comment on his death. “This is a grieving time,” she said.

A woman who answered the phone at Bruce Ivins’ home in Frederick declined to comment.

Justice Department spokesman Peter Carr and FBI Assistant Director John Miller declined to comment on the report.

Henry S. Heine, a scientist who had worked with Ivins on inhalation anthrax research at Fort Detrick, said he and others on their team have testified before a federal grand jury in Washington that has been investigating the anthrax mailings for more than a year.

Heine declined to comment on Ivins’ death.

Norman Covert, a retired Fort Detrick spokesman who served with Ivins on an animal-care and protocol committee, said Ivins was “a very intent guy” at their meetings.

Ivins was the co-author of numerous anthrax studies, including one on a treatment for inhalation anthrax published in the July 7 issue of the journal Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy.

Just last month, the government exonerated another scientist at the Fort Detrick lab, Steven Hatfill, who had been identified by the FBI as a “person of interest” in the anthrax attacks. The government paid Hatfill $5.82 million to settle a lawsuit he filed against the Justice Department in which he claimed the department violated his privacy rights by speaking with reporters about the case.

The Times said federal investigators moved away from Hatfill and concluded Ivins was the culprit after FBI Director Robert Mueller changed leadership of the investigation in 2006. The new investigators instructed agents to re-examine leads and reconsider potential suspects. In the meantime, investigators made progress in analyzing anthrax powder recovered from letters addressed to two U.S. senators, according to the report.

Besides the five deaths, 17 people were sickened by anthrax that was mailed to lawmakers on Capitol Hill and members of the news media in New York and Florida just weeks after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. The victims included postal workers and others who came into contact with the anthrax.

In the six months following the anthrax mailings, Ivins conducted unauthorized testing for anthrax spores outside containment areas at USAMRIID — the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick — and found some, according to an internal report by the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command, which oversees the lab.

In December 2001, after conducting tests triggered by a technician’s fears that she had been exposed, Ivins found evidence of anthrax and decontaminated the woman’s desk, computer, keypad and monitor, but didn’t notify his superiors, according to the report.

The report says Ivins performed more unauthorized sampling on April 15, 2002, and found anthrax spores in his office, in a passbox used for moving materials in and out of labs, and in a room where male workers changed from civilian clothing into laboratory garb.

Ivins told Army investigators he conducted unauthorized tests because he was worried that the powdered anthrax in letters that had been sent to USAMRIID for analysis might not have been adequately contained.

In January 2002, the FBI doubled the reward for helping solve the case to $2.5 million, and by June officials said the agency was scrutinizing 20 to 30 scientists who might have had the knowledge and opportunity to send the anthrax letters.

After the government’s settlement with Hatfill was announced in late June, Ivins started showing signs of strain, the Times said. It quoted a longtime colleague as saying Ivins was being treated for depression and indicated to a therapist that he was considering suicide. Family members and local police escorted Ivins away from the Army lab, and his access to sensitive areas was curtailed, the colleague told the newspaper. He said Ivins was facing a forced retirement in September.

The colleague declined to be identified out of concern that he would be harassed by the FBI, the report said.

Ivins was one of the nation’s leading biodefense researchers.

In 2003, Ivins and two of his colleagues at the USAMRIID received the highest honor given to Defense Department civilian employees for helping solve technical problems in the manufacture of anthrax vaccine.

In 1997, U.S. military personnel began receiving the vaccine to protect against a possible biological attack. Within months, a number of vaccine lots failed a potency test required by federal regulators, causing a shortage of vaccine and eventually halting the immunization program. The USAMRIID team’s work led to the reapproval of the vaccine for human use.

The Times said Ivins was the son of a Princeton-educated pharmacist who was born and raised in Lebanon, Ohio. He received undergraduate and graduate degrees, including a Ph.D. in microbiology, from the University of Cincinnati.

FERRY SUNK BY METEORITE OFF ROMBLON (A CLAIRVOYANT VISION)

The last dreams that happen while the body sleeps often prognosticate events that will take place on that day or will happen most immediately. As a mystic, I have tried and tested this thesis infinitely, and I authenticate this paranormal contention based on my own experiences of nocturnal dreaming as a yogi and mystic-guru.

Among the events in the past that I forecast, based on my dream and meditation visions, were the overthrow of president Erap Estrada (2 dream visions, 2 meditations) and the poll victory of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo (dream vision October 2003, victory on poll mid-2004). Paranormal visions of calamities are so common for mystics that we hardly bother about them since there are more high-value visions (e.g. communications with Ascended Beings, masters, archangels) to take note of.

The 2^nd to the last dream I had just yesterday, 22 June 2008, took place right before 4 a.m. I was shown (by my Master Guides) a ship traversing a turbulent sea. There was dimness of the surround, like it was twilight or nighttime, but the picture of the moving ship was very graphical. It was moving towards me (as observer), around 300 meters away, and huge waves were smashing on both of its sides. It seems that no matter what turbulence the waves exhibited, the ship won’t capsize, far from it. However, suddenly to my right I saw a blazing meteorite with a trajectory so low that it seemed like it was a projectile fired from a horizontal space. It moved towards the ship, in almost slow-motion fashion, so I was able to observe bit by bit its impact on the ship. I began to grasp for breath as it moved nearer the ship, and by the time it was around 100 meters away it was beyond doubt that it will impact directly on the side of the ship and not overshoot it above. With cryptic horror, I felt goose bumps as the meteorite struck the hull of the ship. So powerful was the impact that the ship bunked leftwards, and then rotated (relative to me) clockwise like a huge capsizing canoe. The potent waves that hit the other side, as the ship was beginning to capsize, finished the action. The capsizing happened in so short a time. Then the vision of the ship became larger as my sight were positioned nearer it, enabling me to see its bottom above the waters (like I was flying above it).

Another dream took place after that, which detailed a senior relative (female) trying to appease me not to worry about something. It seemed like an unusual event was taking place, but that I need not worry at all. Provisions for needs will be available. This dream took place at past 4:30 a.m. and must have lasted over 30 minutes.

As I woke before 6 a.m., I was dumbstruck at the powerful storm winds and strong ceaseless rains that were clearly the marks of a typhoon. Dumbstruck because I might have slept so soundly I didn’t notice the ferocity of this mighty one happen so soon without forewarning. After meditating for an hour, the same relative of mine called up by phone, asking me if I’m okay because a powerful typhoon was in town. I knew right then that my relative would call up, as indicated by the last dream scene.

However, I was puzzled by the sinking ship vision. I didn’t bother about it for a while, till the evening news came on internet. The capsized ferry with probably 700 dead or so filtered through the internet so quickly. However, the exact cause of the sinking was still being investigated.

Then, at past 4 p.m., as I visit my father, I received the latest update that the Sulpicio Lines ship that just sank near Romblon island was found out to have been knocked out by a mysterious object. A huge gaping hole was very visible from afar on its hull, nay on both sides. My hair stood on all ends as I saw the hole, for now the event matched the dream scene I had about the sunken ship.

I am certain that this was the ship of my dream vision. Rescue operations are still going on as of this writing, but most likely the number of dead will reach the hundreds. But no one could ever explain rightly what caused that huge hole on the hull. I am certain it was the meteorite I saw, a nature projectile that may have been as large as a coconut.

While this witness story may not be rightly recognized in court, for whatever investigations will take place later, I am registering it just the same as a paranormal experience of a mystic. For us mystics, this event is nothing ‘paranormal’ but as normal as any other event that we normally observe.
